At High Noon Outfitters, Inc. (“High Noon Outfitters, Inc.”), protecting the privacy of customers and clients is of great importance. This Privacy Policy explains the type of personal information High Noon Outfitters, Inc. collects, how High Noon Outfitters, Inc. uses and discloses that information, and how High Noon Outfitters, Inc. protects that personal information.
1. Customers and Clients. High Noon Outfitters, Inc. collects certain personal information about clients and customers.
“Clients” are businesses and business owners that engage High Noon Outfitters, Inc. to provide web-based remote ordering services.
“Customers” are individuals that place orders from High Noon Outfitters, Inc. clients through the High Noon Outfitters, Inc. system.
“Personal information” is any information that identifies or may identify a user as a specific individual, including name, address, zip code, phone number and email address, as well as order history.
2. Use and Disclosure of Personal Information. High Noon Outfitters, Inc. will not disclose any personal information about any Customer or Client to any person or entity except (i) High Noon Outfitters, Inc. will share personal information about a Customer with the Client from whom the customer places an order, (ii) High Noon Outfitters, Inc. may provide personal information to its vendors and suppliers when necessary, (iii) High Noon Outfitters, Inc. may share certain personal information with its affiliates in order to complete transactions, and (iv) High Noon Outfitters, Inc. may release personal information to comply with law, enforce or apply the terms of any of user agreement, or to protect the rights, property or safety of High Noon Outfitters, Inc., customers and clients, or others.
3. Safeguards. The security of personal information is very important to High Noon Outfitters, Inc.. High Noon Outfitters, Inc. combines industry-standard technical safeguards with an employee code of conduct and training to help ensure the integrity and privacy of personal information. Only authorized High Noon Outfitters, Inc. employees, agents or independent contractors are permitted to access personal information, and all such employees, agents or independent contractors must agree in writing to abide by the Privacy Policy.
4. Customer Service. High Noon Outfitters, Inc.’s customer service representatives may occasionally contact Customers only at the request of the Client and Clients themselves by email to gather information about their experiences with High Noon Outfitters, Inc.’s service. These surveys are intended to help High Noon Outfitters, Inc. give its Customers the best possible customer service and are only conducted when requested by Client and at the permission of the Customer.
5. Privacy Choices. Customers will be given the option to opt-out of receiving recurring informational and promotional e-mails from the clients of High Noon Outfitters, Inc.. Customers will also be given the option to opt-out of receiving emails from High Noon Outfitters, Inc. customer service representatives on behalf of the Client for the purpose of conducting surveys about Customers’ experiences with High Noon Outfitters, Inc..
6. Deleting or Updating Personal Information. Customers and Clients may always contact High Noon Outfitters, Inc. to (i) delete their personal information from High Noon Outfitters, Inc.’s systems; (ii) update their personal information; or (iii) change their preferences with respect to marketing contacts, by emailing High Noon Outfitters, Inc. at info@hnoutfitters.com
7. Subordination of High Noon Outfitters, Inc. Privacy Policy. Upon written notice from Client, High Noon Outfitters, Inc. will accept and enforce the privacy policies of the Client in any area where the Client’s privacy policy is preferred over High Noon Outfitters, Inc.’s Privacy Policy.
