This is how we make it easier. You are given your own code to enter on our website. A page with merchandise for your dance festival only will open. You can give this code to each teacher and have them enter the sizes and quantities for their entire class or send a notice home and have the parents enter their children’s sizes. You decide how far you want us to handle it. We offer three levels of service. The bottom line is we can make it easier to organize, but most of all we are very dependable offer quality goods and are on time with deliveries.
Level 1
There is no charge for this service. We can take the orders total them and deliver them in bulk with a list showing who ordered what. You’re responsible to sort and collect the money from your staff or students. We show the price you want to charge and allow for you to make a profit if you want.
Level 2
There is a slight charge for this service. We can take the orders deliver them presorted packaged for each staff member or student. You collect the money. We show the price you want to charge and allow for you to make a profit if you want.
Level 3 – Full Service
We can take the orders package them individually accept payment directly from your staff members, students or parents using either their charge card or checking account. We then deliver them either to their home or to the school. You do not get involved with the order process or the collection of money. You choose what you want your staff or students to wear and we do the rest. Depending on the volume of business you do, we usually help fund or sponsor a school event.
